We intend to make these excellent brands grow even more. ”

Fortident, the second brand in oral hygiene in Colombia and Ecuador, with consistent growth in market share and Aromatel, a strong brand that quickly gained second place in softeners in Colombia and Ecuador, and will be a great complement to the Unilever’s laundry in these markets.
The conditions of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and custom closing conditions.
