Ypióca renews packaging and adopts new positioning

Produced in Ceará for more than 170 years, Ypióca is one of the oldest brands in Brazil and an icon of the State tradition. In order to strengthen its roots, Diageo, owner of the brand, launches a new positioning, which includes the renewal of the traditional packaging of Ypióca.

The new positioning begins with the packaging that gives more prominence to the credentials of the brand, almost two centuries of history, its origin in Ceará, the conquest of international prizes and a master of cachaça. In addition, they will have in their counter-tales verses that tell more about Ypióca.

In parallel to the packaging project, the brand will launch a campaign permeated by the new concept: “If you have Ypióca, have history”.
